When you create an account or subscribe, we collect your email address and basic account details. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We also keep the study activity you create in the app (trial questions, lesson progress) so we can show it back to you.
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to measure when an ad leads to a subscription. As part of that measurement, we may share your email address with Google in hashed (scrambled) form so Google can tell which ad brought you to us. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Visitors in regions that require consent (the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Quebec) are not tracked until they accept cookies through the consent banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the site footer.
To run your account, deliver the Study Plan, answer your support questions, and send account and subscription emails. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account page, and you can ask us to delete your account and data by emailing us. Cookie and ad-measurement choices can be changed anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.
