How does the Study Plan work?
Anyone can get 5 free answers. For $4.99 a month you get unlimited questions: paste, snap, or upload anything — typed questions, screenshots, photos, PDFs, and documents — and choose the help you want: a direct answer, a step-by-step walkthrough, or a check of your own work. Nine step-by-step lessons, a weekly study plan, and progress tracking are included too.
How does the weekly study plan work?
You tell the plan how much time you actually have, and it builds your week around it. Pick a 2, 5, 15, or 30-minute help mode that fits your night — a 2-minute mode gets you unstuck fast, a 30-minute mode is a deep focus session. Your plan adjusts as you mark lessons complete, so you always know exactly what to do next.
When can I use it?
Anytime. The tools are available 24/7 on any device, so you can get help at midnight before a deadline or in a 10-minute gap between classes.
What results should I expect?
Most students use the tools to get unstuck faster, understand their homework instead of guessing at it, and stay on top of deadlines. You'll still do the learning — the tools make sure your study time actually counts. The goal is simple: less time spinning your wheels, more real understanding, and better grades.
What if I fail a class or fall behind?
First: you're not alone, and one grade doesn't define you. Reach out to us — we're customer-service driven and we genuinely want to help. We can help you build a catch-up plan, use the walkthrough mode to relearn the material you missed, and set up deadline tracking so nothing else slips.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account page in a couple of clicks, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. You won't be charged again.
What is the refund policy?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. After the first 14 days, refund requests are reviewed case by case, and our goal is always to treat you fairly. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
What happens if my payment fails?
Access pauses while your payment provider retries the charge, and it's restored automatically once the payment succeeds. Your lessons and progress are never lost — everything is exactly where you left it.
